Cancellation policy

The cancellation conditions depend on the specifications of the respective providers (e.g. safari companies, hotels, airlines).

Typical conditions with our partners can be as follows:

• up to 30 days before departure: 20% of the travel price

• 29 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the travel price

• 14 to 7 days before departure: 75% of the travel price

• from 6 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the travel price
