1. Terms and Conditions for Travel 2 Transform

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
As of March 2025

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Travel 2 Transform (owner: Jenny Wierzbicki, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Travel 2 Transform") to customers. Travel 2 Transform arranges travel services from third parties (e.g., safaris, hotels, domestic flights), but does not operate its own package tours within the meaning of Section 651a of the German Civil Code (BGB).

2. Subject matter of the contract
Travel 2 Transform acts exclusively as an agent for travel services. The contract for the execution of the trip is concluded exclusively between the customer and the respective service provider (e.g., safari company, hotel, or airline).

3. Conclusion of contract
By making a booking (e.g., in writing, by phone, or by email), the customer places a binding order with Travel 2 Transform to arrange travel services. The customer will receive a booking confirmation from us.

4. Payment
Payment terms are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Travel 2 Transform may accept and forward deposits or payments on behalf of the service provider.

5. Cancellation and rebooking
Cancellation or rebooking is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Travel 2 Transform points out that cancellation fees may apply depending on the provider (see "Cancellation Examples" below).

6. Liability
Travel 2 Transform is only liable for the proper provision of travel services. The respective service provider is solely responsible for the execution of the trip. Liability for force majeure or changes made by the service provider is excluded.

7. Travel documents and entry requirements
The customer is solely responsible for compliance with passport, visa and health regulations.

8. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered office of Travel 2 Transform.
